Our Policies

All major credit cards, Zelle, CareCredit, and cash are accepted as payment for services.
Please note that we enforce a strict No Cash Refund policy.
If for any reason a client is not satisfied with their haircut and/or color service, the client has 3 days from the original appointment date to come back for adjustments, ask for details.
Nails service adjustments only available on same time and day of service, ask for details.
NO REFUNDS are available for laser services; please inquire for more details. Any skin concerns or complications related to laser services or skin care must be reported to our office within 3 days in order to be treated; otherwise, they will not be covered by our policy.
Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled at no charge if notified within 24 hours of scheduled appointment.
Please plan accordingly for that Washington Metro Area traffic!
We reserve the right to charge 50% of the service fee if the appointment is not cancelled within 24 hours. This policy is in place out of respect for our staff members and our clients.
We will help you reschedule your appointment for a later date if desired, ask for details.

Sick Policy
